BioAfter bombing out of liberal arts college (and a political science major), I'm now studying massage therapy at a much smaller school. It took me several years to find something I'm passionate about, but I'm very pleased with the field I've chosen. I'm a hands-on learner, and I love the work I do. I'm very intuitive when it comes to massage, and the things I'm learning in school are sort of validating and building off of the things I figured out on my own. That's a fun feeling.
I currently possess a multitude of ways to distract myself from my studies. I am involved in One World by Night LARP, I play video games occasionally, and I love to read. I'm usually reading a fantasy series of one sort or another, or re-reading an old favorite.
I love certain TV shows (House, The West Wing, Scrubs, Stargate), though I tend to prefer just watching them on DVD. I also have an unhealthy addiction to fantasy sports. It's ruined the way I watch sports, because it occasionally puts me in the position of rooting for a player who's playing against the team I prefer to cheer for.
